ConnPACE Program
This state program provides assistance to low income seniors in purchasing their
prescription drugs. A one month supply can be purchased for $12.
Guidelines are:
Single person annual income: $20,300 or less
Married couple annual income: $27,500 or less
Veteran's Program
If you or someone you know is a veteran, you may eligible to receive
prescriptions through the Veterans Administration for just $7 for a 30 day
supply. Call 877 222-8387. Local VA office is in Stamford at 128

Citizens Health $12 annual fee, use
